As a T cell receptor specialist, you have been tasked with using cutting-edge technology to sequence and analyze T cell receptors in order to identify traces of immune responses that may indicate diseases. Your job is to analyze snippets of T cell receptors using Atchley numbers and identify the highest probability of relevant snippets, ultimately finding the antigen responsible for the immune response.
